Acceptance
By using Kernivo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service
Kernivo provides tools for turning product images and product briefs into short video ad concepts and, when enabled, AI-generated video outputs. Some features may be mock, beta, sandbox, or otherwise limited during launch preview.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and use an email address you can access.
User Content
You retain ownership of product images, prompts, briefs, and other content you submit. You grant Kernivo the rights needed to process, display, store, and deliver outputs for the service.
Prohibited Use
You may not use Kernivo to create illegal, misleading, infringing, abusive, deceptive, unsafe, or policy-violating content. You may not bypass rate limits, payment systems, security controls, provider cost controls, or access restrictions.
Payments and Credits
Paid plans, credit packs, and subscriptions may be offered through third-party payment providers. Credits are usage units for generation features and may expire according to the plan or promotion. Sandbox or mock payments do not grant real production entitlements.
AI Outputs
AI and mock outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a specific advertising platform. You are responsible for reviewing claims, creative, rights, disclosures, and platform policy compliance before publishing ads.
Availability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as needed.
