Refund Policy

Kernivo may offer subscriptions, credit packs, or one-time purchases. Refund eligibility depends on the product type, usage, payment provider rules, and applicable law.

Credits and Digital Usage

Credits that have already been consumed for generation are generally not refundable. Unused credits may expire according to the plan or promotion terms.

Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription to stop future renewal. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or explicitly stated in the offer.

Duplicate or Accidental Charges

If you believe you were charged twice or charged by mistake, contact us with the account email, payment date, and payment provider reference. Do not include full card numbers.

Sandbox Payments

Sandbox payments are test transactions and do not represent real charges or real production entitlements.
