Kernivo helps ecommerce sellers create product video ad concepts and, when enabled, AI-generated product videos. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how to contact us.

Information We Collect

Account information such as name, email address, login provider, and verification status.
Product inputs such as product names, product briefs, uploaded images, prompts, and generated concept outputs.
Usage data such as page views, generator actions, checkout clicks, errors, and device/browser details.
Billing-related records from our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on Kernivo servers.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate the service, protect accounts, generate and store user-requested outputs, improve product quality, process payments, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Product images, prompts, and generated outputs may be processed by AI providers after real provider mode is enabled. During launch preview, mock generation may run without sending product files to an external AI provider.

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with infrastructure, authentication, analytics, email, payment, storage, and AI provider vendors only as needed to operate Kernivo.

Retention

We keep account, billing, usage, and generated output records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, improve safety, and meet legal requirements. We may remove inactive or abusive content according to our operational policies.
